Model 48 - mFactory Diverter Valve

This is a special diverter valve design that incorporates 7 distinct valve functions in one - switching, flushing, isolation, condensate, steam injection, quench, and draining in the drawing below.

The idea behind the valve is to reduce space required for processes in a refinery or petrochemical plants and to eliminate dead spaces caused by the many "T-pieces and ball valve" combinations needed for a conventional piping layout.

The m-Factory valve can be built to incorporate multiple valve functions (10 or more) thus reducing capital expenditure, and allowing engineering firms to design mini factories where space is at a premium. Other benefits arise as a result of it's dead space free design.
